This document is being prepared with legal review and is not final. It describes how the PuffinKit website works today, in good faith. Sections marked “to be completed” will be finalised before PuffinKit’s public launch. OQPAI SYSTEM PRIVATE LIMITED will publish the final version on this page.
Who we are
PuffinKit (puffinkit.com) is a software platform owned and operated by OQPAI SYSTEM PRIVATE LIMITED, a private limited company incorporated in India (“we”, “us”). Our company details are on the company information page.
What this website collects today
The PuffinKit website is currently a set of information pages. It does not:
- ask you to create an account or sign in;
- include forms that collect personal information;
- use analytics, advertising or tracking tools;
- set cookies of its own (see our Cookie Policy);
- load fonts, scripts or other content from third-party services — everything is served from puffinkit.com.
Hosting and technical data
The website is hosted by Cloudflare. When you visit any website, your browser sends technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. Our hosting provider processes this information to deliver the website and protect it against abuse. You can read the Cloudflare privacy policy.

If you email us
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use them to reply to you.

Files and tools
No PuffinKit tool currently accepts files. Before any tool launches, its page will state clearly where files are processed — in your browser or on our servers — and how long, if at all, anything is kept. This policy will be updated at the same time.

Changes to this policy
We will update this page when the way PuffinKit handles information changes — in particular when tools that accept files are released. The date at the top of the page will show when it last changed.
